Secondary grammar school of Stefan Moyses

Our school is named after Stefan Moyses, who was the first chairman of Matica slovenská, an all-nation cultural institution of the Slovaks, which was established in 1863.

We are a small school with 100 students. Our grammar school prepares students for university education. A language school is also a part of our school. It provides courses of English and German languages. Moreover, it prepares students for language certificates, such as FCE for Schools and IELTS.

Our school is situated in eastern part of Slovakia, near city of Košice. It is located in beautiful surroundings of national park Slovak Karst. It is close to Zádiel valley, popular place with hikers and climbers. There is also Jasovská cave, ruins of Turna castle and many more.
